Delta Airline

Dear Delta Airlines,

On visiting your site and trying to use your airline service to book tickets for a wedding that I need to be at in August, Flying from Fort Wayne to North Carolina, I found that your service is terrible. First I tried to book the tickets via the internet and got a response that it was not able to process my order and I needed to contact costomer service! Then I tried to contact costomer service and spent at least 45 minutes on hold! I know that your goal is to make costomers happy so I am aksing that you work out your troubles and maybe help a costomer out by giving me some free airline tickets. Infact now I was just cut off. At this rate I am never flying delta again!!
